This upcoming Friday and Saturday is Off The Map’s yearly event in Seattle. Since Tim is a part of Off The Map and will be presenting at the event, I thought it’d be fun to post another one of his clips this week. (his other clips can be found here and here)
What do you think about how Tim views prayer?
Have you found that prayer influences you more than it influences God as the Kierkegaard quote suggests?

Tim leads a faith community in Seattle called Dust Church.

I really like what Tim has to say about praying with you feet. Growing up in the country, I learned about prying with your eyes open while driving a tractor with lots of thinking time of my hands. It has been my practice since my youth. Later I learned how to prayerwalk and became familiar with the term praying on site with insight. I pray for my town and community while watching the evening news. We have been in conversation about prayer in our church and a number of our partners have just recently learned this valuable practice.
I have found that prayer changes me. As I see God answer my prayers I am amazed over and over about his involvement in my life. This leads me to love him and I want to talk with him even more. The more I talk with him the more I see his hand in my life.
Thanks for posting the video.
